National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach

A few days before my 40th birthday, I received an unexpected and unwanted gift. I received a diagnosis of a rare aggressive cancer.

I have always lived a life where mind, body, and spirit were central. However, this shattering news kick started a whole new revolution of what health and wellness really meant. This was the start of my personal health and wellness journey.

My professional health and wellness coaching journey began with more unexpected news. This time it was the circumstances of the pandemic, which forced me to push the pause button, step back, and take an honest look at my core values and vision moving forward.

Collaborating with women to discover their strengths has been highly rewarding. Building trust and rapport  and honoring self-compassion are cornerstone to my practice. Showing up authentic and using techniques such as motivational interviewing and positive psychology allow for self-discovery and move clients from the why to the how of behavior change.

I am committed and motivated to follow this path of transformation where I can integrate what I have learned and partner with other women to empower them to make positive changes to live a holistic life.
